Built once, run for every client. Multi-tenant from the ground up, with the pieces most stores bolt on later already inside: drawn order flows, subscriptions, GST, books and fulfilment.
Order and subscription flows you draw, not code
Every store's order lifecycle is a flow drawn on a canvas from a palette of steps: approvals, checkpoints, waits, notifications and decisions. A rules table validates it, versions are published, and each tenant or store gets the flow that fits it. Change how orders move without a release.
Subscriptions, properly
Weekly, every N days, monthly with a last-day rule, or chosen dates. Customers skip, move, pause, add an item or approve a substitution. Stores hold for stock, release or substitute. Auto-pay mandates with crash-safe charging.

Multi-tenant console
Each client is a tenant with its own schema or database, subdomain and custom domains. Modules switch on per tenant, with dependencies and safe wind-down. Whole tenants export and import as bundles.
