The commerce platform behind every store we run.
Multi-tenant from the first line. Catalogue, inventory, drawn order flows, subscriptions, fulfilment, promotions, Indian GST and double-entry books, all in one platform, switched on per tenant. Your brand on the front, Dhi Commerce underneath.
Everything that's built. Nothing that isn't.
This list is drawn from the platform's module catalogue. Every item is in production and can be switched on for a tenant.

PLATFORM · OPERATORSWhere Dhisa runs the platform itself. Each client is a tenant, isolated and individually configured.
- Tenants created with a wizard: one schema or a dedicated database each, a subdomain and custom domains, master data seeded from a workbook.
- Modules per tenant with dependencies. Winding down and switching off are refused while a tenant's open work still needs the module.
- Tenant bundles: export and import a whole tenant, and move it between platforms.
- Order and subscription flows drawn on a canvas from a palette, validated by a rules table, versioned, published and assigned per tenant or per store.
- Maintenance: rename, reload, rotate, suspend, resume, backups, and delete only with the slug typed.
- Operators and roles, open-as-support into a tenant with an audit trail, and postal-code data shared platform-wide.
Organisation & stores
INSIDE A TENANTOne organisation, any number of stores, each with its own branding, staff and settings.
- Stores with branding, a setup checklist, per-store permissions, payment methods, shipping carriers, delivery zones and slots, and departments.
- Staff, roles and permissions, designations, users and access at organisation and store level.
- Master-data engine: generic tables scoped to the organisation or a store, with Excel import and export.
- Branding and palettes, the tenant's own domain, and an installable app with manifest and icons generated from the branding.
- Calendar of working days and holidays, announcements, messaging, a help desk and a notification outbox with templates.
- Activity log and reports.

How it fits together.
Each client storefront is its own brand and domain. Underneath, one multi-tenant platform runs the modules that tenant has switched on.
Three very different stores. Same engine.
On the roadmap.
Specified in detail and scheduled. Listed here so you know what's coming, and what isn't in production yet.
Tally integration
Push the platform's books into Tally so accountants keep their tools while the store keeps the source of truth.
Offline point of sale
Counter sales that keep working without a connection and sync in the background when it returns.
Tenant website on the domain root
A tenant's full public website served from the same domain as its store, not just the shop pages.
How you can use Dhi Commerce.
New store
We create your tenant, design your storefront, seed your master data and take you live. Ideal for a brand starting out or moving off a template store.
Move an existing store
We import products, customers and order history, keep your URLs and switch over on your own domain with no downtime.
Custom modules
Need something the platform doesn't do yet? We build it as a module and switch it on for your tenant. Subscriptions started this way.
Platform questions.
Is it a SaaS product or custom software?
Both, in a sense. The core is one shared platform we maintain and improve for all tenants. Your storefront, your data and any custom modules are yours. You get the reliability of a product with the fit of custom work.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. A whole tenant can be exported as a bundle, master data exports to Excel, and the API is documented.
How is it priced?
A build fee for your storefront and setup, plus a monthly platform fee that covers hosting, updates, backups and support. We quote after a short discovery call.
Does it handle GST properly?
Yes. Registrations, place of supply, the CGST/SGST or IGST split, HSN codes, e-invoices and e-way bills are built into the platform, and every order passes a books check.
What about scale during sales and festivals?
Tenants can run on their own database, background workers absorb postings and gateway webhooks, and we load-test before major campaigns with an engineer on call during them.
Your store could be the fourth.
Tell us what you sell and who you sell to. We'll show you a working tenant on the platform within a week.
